Eight years after its inception, Yamed Capital announces an organizational revamp to enhance the clarity and independence of its business lines, which now cover the entire real estate value chain.
The new organization, named Yamed Group, reinforces the autonomy of the established business lines while also integrating new business areas that the group is launching to cover the entire value chain of its industry: hotel management (Hospitality) and property administration (syndic and property management activities), both in partnership with global leaders in each of these fields.
The new organization of the group is now based on four distinct but complementary business units:
1. Investment Management: Asset management activities, whether conducted directly (the Group’s historical activity) for its own account and for private and institutional investors from Morocco and Europe, including top-tier investors, or through joint ventures, such as Nema Capital, an OPCI management company owned 50/50 with Société Générale.
2. Real estate development, organized around Yamed Promotion, which brings together all the project management, development, and marketing teams of the projects carried out by the group under its own brands (Yamed Promotion, Yamelki).
3- A service platform, consisting of two divisions: “Design & Construction Services,” which combines an architecture and design team, a team of project management engineers (Project Management), and a General Contractor activity (turnkey contracts). “Sales & Property Management Services” is dedicated to asset marketing on behalf of third parties, syndic activities, and property management.
4. Hospitality, a business unit dedicated to hotel management and food and beverage activities. Yamed Group confirms its intention to strengthen its economic model as an Integrated and Independent Investor Operator, by incorporating new business platforms that will serve alternative investment strategies, with the objective of creating long-term value for the group and its Moroccan and international partners.
