The real estate developer has a project that he describes as “innovative.” As he explains, this project is designed to urbanize and create new sustainable living areas in the long term. The goal is to offer Casablanca, especially the El Oulfa neighborhood, one of the least dense districts in the city, a living space conducive to the well-being of its residents.
This project builds upon the projects developed by Yamed Promotion thus far. As detailed by the same developer, this closed and secure R+3 residence is HQE (High Environmental Quality) certified, encompassing 6,000 square meters of green spaces, two playgrounds, and a swimming pool. All apartments on upper floors have a laundry room and a balcony ranging from 6 to 8 square meters, while all ground floor units are equipped with private gardens. In total, there are 227 apartments with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, offering three options ranging from 84 to 132 square meters, starting from 1.3 million MAD.
In this regard, Emilie d’Avout, partner and co-director of Yamed Promotion, reveals, “Our ambition is to make Résidence Mina a reference work, an innovative real estate product. We have designed a unique and singular project, on a human scale, in a future-oriented neighborhood.”
